✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Amazing experience with the sales staff at Downtown Ford, I picked up my 2014 Focus and was very happy with my experience from the moment I stepped in to leaving. Gerry was very courteous and helpful in showing me the vehicle inside out as this was my first time purchasing a Ford. He was patient and welcoming to addressing all my questions and concerns. They were able to work around my schedule due to my long work hours, and Greg provided me financing options which were MORE than satisfactory to my needs. After the purchase, I received a warm thank you and had an exciting conversation with the sales manager Tim Lo, he personally made sure every detail on the car was to my liking before letting me drive off with my new car!
